Shipping policy
Here at Customised Home we're committed to making your shipping process as easy as possible.
Currently, we use Sendle and Australia Post for all our domestic and international shipping. All last minute rush orders will be sent express with Australia Post.
Unfortunately we are unable to send to PO Boxes, Retail Stores, Military Bases or Hospitals at this time.
Processing Time
If you are getting your items customised the processing time can be up to 10 business days before we ship. Keep a look out in your emails for a design mock up that you'll need to approve from our design team as we cant start embroiding your order without your go ahead. If we get that confirmation quickly we'll be able to ship your customised product sooner!
Delivery Estimates
For standard shipping within Brisbane - 1-3 Business Days
For standard shipping to Australian Metro Cities - 2-7 Business Days
For standard shipping everywhere else in Australia - 2-8 Business Days
Of course we have all been experiencing disruptions in our shipping processes due to Covid-19. Please give your package a few extra days to arrive and we'll do our best to keep you notified on any delays or disruptions to your order.
Shipping Rates
Depending on the size of your order you can expect that your shipping would be up to $56! Lucky for you we're willing to eat some of that cost and have a flat rate shipping of $35 for larger orders and $22.50 on smaller orders. We will keep this updated as we want to offer you the lowest cost for shipping that we can.

Order Tracking
When you place your order with us you'll automatically recieve an order number to your email, thats what youll need for any queries about your order to us.
For shipping tracking, you will recieve a tracking number vis email as soon as your order is sent then all you have to do is follow the link proveded in that email and you'll be able to follow your order all the way to you!
Damages
If your box arrives at your door crumpled beyond recognition please take photos of the box BEFORE you open it so we can take this issue up with our shipping provider.
If you've already opened your box please still take the pictures and send them along anyway.
If your box/parcel arrives wet, torn apart or damaged in any other way please take pictures of the condition of your parcel as well as the items inside.
The products we provide will handle some pretty hard knocks but we want them to be pristine when they come to you. If you think your product is in any way damaged upon delvery please email us on hello@customisedhome.com.au immediately with photos so we can rectify the situation ASAP.
International Shipping
We are currently working to lower the cost for our international customers. We are not offering international shipping currently but are looking into how we can do this as easily as possible. Sign up for our newsletter for updates on when we will ship overseas.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customised Home is not responsible for the Customs, Duties and Taxes in your country. These charges may be forwarded to you upon delivery.
